Rhythmic Breathing to Improve Your Running

I’ve been trying to improve my breathing while running. Below is a link to a good article about rhythmic breathing. If you don’t have time to read the whole article, the goal is to try and run with a 3:2 breathing technique. This means inhaling for 3 steps and exhaling for 2 steps and then repeat.

I have tried this while running and can tell a difference for sure! It helps me slow my breathing down and get more oxygen while running.
